my diet plan

Plan:

1 red appel for breakfast at 6:00 am and 2-3 glasses of water or cup of green tea (i love water ^_^)

lunch at school 1 appel or orange or banana and a milk

sobe or vitamin water along with regual water

dinner 1 appel and go to bed and start to day over ^_^

but i work out free run and lift weights and dance (yes even us guys like to dance)

but i also eat green leafy foods for dinner so in realty dinner is the biggest with one appel 2-4 glasses of water and a green leafy salad

sorry but that is starving urself:/
please dont take me as beeing mean btw…
for breakfast, you should eat way more, and if u want to loose wieght, your going to need protein.
consider breakfast the only time when you can have a lot of calories, but make sure its somthing with lots of nutrients and protein.
your not getting any nutrients, or protein which is so important, you might loose some weight with that diet, but it will just be water, so please, eat PROTEIN!!!!!!!!

It’s in the mid 90s south Mississippi, its frikin HOT! I have 3 children whose faces are jet red and hair soaked with sweat from the heat all day. Opening the windows doesnt do a damn thing. I called them a month ago and told them I thought it needed freon bc it wasnt blowing cold. They came by 10 days later, changed the filter and wiped off some dust and said it would start blowing cold. Well, it didnt. They told me I would have to open some windows bc the ac isnt going to work great in the summertime. I spoke to an ac repairman over the phone and he said he could come out, and whatever the problem it probably needs freon also. So, then we noticed the fan out back stops turning sometimes. So we called the landlord to let them know, and it’s been 5 days. Each day she says "someone will be there tomorrow." It’s supposed to get hotter throughout the week, and I dont know when they will show up. The ac repairman we spoke to said he’ll come out same day we call him. I dont want the landlord to hate us, but it’s ridiculously hot in this damn place, no air flow at all. And Im afraid of my children overheating. My head is spinning as I type this. How many more days should I wait before calling someone myself to fix the ac and send the landlord the bill? And actually I think who I thought was the landlord is just realty management, can I call the actual owner if I can find out who it is?
Well, if I have to wait for them to come over and they still do not fix it, what do I do then???

if you call a repair person, you are going to get stuck with the bill. The landlord reports to someone, find out who and call.

i understand it is hot, but remember, people lived without ac for over 2000 years.

it seems a lil funny that my red friend is not here yet. I was due in the 6 of November to get my period but nothing. For some reason I seen some light brown spotting after I wiped from peeing. and I have real swore breast and all, but no nausea at all just a lil sleepy.The realty of it is that this month I have totally taken of my mind hat I was going get pregnant and I havent bin stressing it as much. But I don’t know maybe I am maybe I’m not. TELLME LADY’S HAVE U HAD THIS HAPPEN TO U?
and tell me what u think is up with this situation.

by the way we have bin trying for the last 5 months, doctor told us both we are healthy.

I know you don’t want to hear this, but a lot of times women will convince themselves that they are having pregnant symptoms when it’s just PMS. However, if you are normally very regular with your periods, I would take a pregnancy test and see if you are. Obviously if you are only two days late and are already wondering, you haven’t completely put it out of your mind that you are going to get pregnant. I’m not trying to sound mean…just honest. My husband and I tried for five months, got pregnant, had a miscarriage and got pregnant again two months later, so I know what you’re going through. It will happen though, trust me…I’m now 5 months pregnant and due in March!
