    lets get this …
lets get this straight, dave grohl started tho foo fighters as a solo project. He ended up starting a band and got nate mendel on bass and William goldsmith on drums. The original foo fighters lineup was basically sunny day real estate crossed with nirvana coz pat smear was touring guitarist for nirvana and dave was drummer. Although the first foo fighters record was just dave grohl playing all instruments, then organising a touring band.

    Thanks for the link …
Thanks for the link. Watching the video the bassist looked awfully familiar. Come to notice it’s Nate Mendel of the foo fighters. Half the band was from the originally line up of the foo fighters. I can’t hate too much cause I’m a big foo fan. The bass is tight in the song. Not loving the vocals so much but overall it’s not bad.

    look up their song …
look up their song “seven”, maybe change your mind? =D

    No, I totally …
No, I totally didn’t. WIth songs like, “Why are you so mean to me?” THAT has to be the emo-est song title ever. When I say emo music, I mean music that has lyrics about how miserable they are backlit with aggresive guitar. Second-wave emo formed what became modern-day emo and screamo, since Jeremy Enigk sounds much more like what the shit-tastic bands nowadays are trying to sound like than Ian Mackaye’s screamy snarling.

  19. DownInAHole82 Says:

    Looked these guys …
Looked these guys up after someone told me that not all EMO sucks. Well they still haven’t convinced me othewise. This sounds like something out of the beginning of the emo days in which it’s not “as” bad but the teeny boppers mutated it into the horrible disease that it is today.
