construction permits, knowledge of red tags (goverment stopping illegal construction), realestate signs/records, records of a fire or anything along thoes lines happening to the house.

i have been all over the internet tring to get info on a house. there is nothing available that tells you this info. you have to go to the county recorders office to buy records
