please dont take me as beeing mean btw…
for breakfast, you should eat way more, and if u want to loose wieght, your going to need protein.
consider breakfast the only time when you can have a lot of calories, but make sure its somthing with lots of nutrients and protein.
your not getting any nutrients, or protein which is so important, you might loose some weight with that diet, but it will just be water, so please, eat PROTEIN!!!!!!!!

It doesn’t sound like you are eating enough–and it sounds like you need more protien. Eat meals that are a combo of fiber and protein (like an apple with pb or an whole wheat bread with cheese). Good job drinking so much water.

the first 2 posters are trying to sell you stuff, ignor them.
eat alot of fruits and leafy green veggies, thats most of what I eat throughout the day. besides that, I take a multivitamin and eat some rice and beans for dinner. dinner is usually small. you do seem to be undereating, but if you take a prenatal multivitamin, it will be alot safer.

Your body needs more than fruit and water. You body needs protein to lose weight. Fiber is also helpful, and believe it or not, you need fat in your diet, not a lot, but your body does need fat to function properly.
Working out without protein in your diet is NOT GOOD. Your muscles need protein for recovery.
You are not on healthy diet. It will hurt you in the long run. Why not try something healthy?
I am 5′ 3" and a few years ago I weighed 176 pounds (acutally 183 at one point). For years I tried every diet that came along, as well as exercise, and nothing worked….some of them actually made me gain weight. I finally listened to a nutritionist and a personal trainer and amazingly I lost 50 pounds in 5 months. The best part was I only ate foods I like.
Eat snack size meals every 2-3 hours. It keeps your metabolism working and burns more calories. Get some Pure Protein bars in flavors that you like….those will be easy to eat while you’re at school. Also try some good fiber snacks like Fiber One bars or Fiber Plus bars. Even my 13 year old daugher loves those, and they are another easy thing to eat at school. Definitely eat your apples or other fruit, maybe some veggies if you like (carrots, celery, etc). Get some dairy, like cottage cheese or yogurt in your diet too. Dairy products are important in weight loss. Eat what your family eats for dinner, only a much smaller amount….use a saucer instead of a dinner plate. And don’t forget dessert! Yummy….we love Skinny Cow ice cream or even Bryer’s slow churned ice cream. There are a million choices of 100 calorie pack snacks that you can eat too. And drink a lot of water. You can also use those protein/fiber drink mixes that you just pour into a water bottle. They are great. Try South Beach Living or K2-0.
You can learn more about this diet by talking with a nutritionist or your doctor (it is sometimes known as the hypoglycemic diet because it keeps your blood sugar under control), or a trainer at a gym. Sometimes you can find it in magazine like Women’s Day.
Keep up the exercise. Please keep it healthy. Lose the weight slow and it will stay off longer. Good luck.

It really doesn’t sound like you are eating enough. Yes, fruits are very good for you, especially apples. The problem with eating them all the time though, is that you burn more calories off by eating one that the amount of calories you would actually get from it. This is because it actually takes a lot of effort to chew an apple, even if you don’t realize it. Make sure you have between 1800 and 2500 calories a day. 1800 is even low. What you are eating are good SIDE snacks that can be eaten during the day or with another meal. Try oat meal, Cheerios with a banana in it for breakfast. Maybe even like an oatmeal raisin breakfast bar if you are on the go. But studies show that people who eat a big breakfast (as long as it’s healthy!) tend to be leaner. Breakfast should be your biggest meal. Then lunch should be smaller, and dinner should be the smallest. Don’t eat right before you go to bed or the food will like, stick to your insides and that is just extra fat. Sometimes at night when you feel hungry, you are actually thirsty! So drink water. Vitamin water is good, and also be sure to take a daily vitamin as well.
Don’t starve yourself!!!
Hope this helps! =)
